I get notifications and Bluetooth says they're paired. But I have my charge set up in smartlock on my phone so I don't have to put in password every time I open my phone. Sometimes it works and sometimes it says charge 2 is not connected.

Hello @mmmto145, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried to disable Smart Lock as way to test if this is the reason your tracker is showing you is not connected?
If you haven't, please give it a try also make sure you are running the app on a compatible mobile phone. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. I telling this based on my personal experience, since I have a phone that is not listed as compatible and I'm having issues too when I enable the Smart Lock option of my phone.
If this is not the issue please try to do the following:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Please keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around.
