Cannot sync with android S8??

Four days ago was the last time my Charge 2 synced to my dashboard. This is happening more often and for longer periods of time. My steps translate into points under my medical plan at work and this is very frustrating to always miss out on these steps.

Welcome to the Forums @SMARTGURL-73 and @dalebender.
@dalebender I merged your post into this thread as they are both about the same thing.
Let me help you both out in getting your Charge 2 to sync with your phone.
I'd like to recommend that you try following all of the steps showing in this help article they should definitely help in getting everything to sync. Be sure to follow all of the steps in order to make sure that it all works correctly.
