Phone having trouble finding charge 2 when it does I receive 4 digit pin says connecting but doesn't and sends me back to original screen. Switched bluetooth on and off uninstalled app turned phone on and off all permissions and locations on been doing this for 4hrs fed up now

I will gladly assist you with this and thank you for troubleshooting the issue. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
