Charge 2 wont set up!?

Turned on went to set up, downloaded app for HTC One M9, put in 4 digit code to sync, I have the app it's connected to blue tooth but the fit bit screen still has fitbit/setup scrolling across the screen, press the button on it but does nothing, no menu, can't set date time etc. Any ideas??

@F1mom, you won't be able to see the display on the tracker until it has completed setup, so that part is normal since the setup didn't complete successfully.  I have a HTC One M9 working with two Fitbit trackers, so it is not a compatibility issue. Did you restart your phone after downloading/installing the Fitbit app?  Make sure you have Location Services enabled on your phone. Also, in the Fitbit app Device Settings for Notifications, turn on Enable Notifications Widget. Then try the Set up a Device again.
