I updated my FitBit app a couple of days ago and ever since then it wont sync with my FitBit?
I have tried switching bluetooth on and off; tried switching phone on and off; tried reinstalling the app; tried with my fitbit fully charged - on and off the charger.
Feeling hopeless!
Please help.

There are a lot of reasons why this could be happening. My very first guess is that your mobile device is not a supported one. Please check the supported devices list to see if your phone is there. If it isn't, then it would mean that this is expected behavior as the Fitbit app is not fully compatible.
