My mom got a fitbit charge 2 as a gift, and we cannot get passed the fitbit permissions page. I've told the phone to accept, but then it says i need to go to the sync overlay setting and the fitbit options are grayed out. How do i get her phone to accept the fitbit permissions?? She has a Galaxy Note 4.

Hi there @soosy-dance, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. I wonder if you have installed the Fitbit app to pair your mother's tracker?

Note the Charge 2 wont sync as any other bluetooth device and is require to have the app and create a Fitbit account in order to sync. The tracker does not need any type of permission form the phone in order to work, so lets start from the beginning and this video may provide you more information to set up the Charge 2.

Keep me posted if you need more help. I'll be around.
