Charge 3 Won't Re-Pair with Samsung S7 Edge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my Charge 3 for about a month and it's worked fine.  It's recently stopped syncing so I went turned off and on my bluetooth but that didn't work.  I went through the exercise of restarting the Charge but did not work.  I then completely rebooted it and that still did not work.  I have since, unpaired it, uninstalled and reinstalled the fitibt app and now I can't get it to pair again.  This is ridiculously frustrating.

Hello @KLCrooke.

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

Please try to follow the steps listed in this help article:

  1. On the phone: after seeing the Not Working screen, select "Try Again"
  2. On Charge 3: open Settings > About > tap "Reboot Device"
  3. Wait for "Found your tracker" screen on phone
  4. Enter the 4-digit code and complete the pairing sequence

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Lanuza,  thanks for reaching.  I actually chatting with Fitbit and resolved the issue.  Apparently, there were too many devices paired with my Android.  I actually had to delete all of the devices and then was able to find my tracker and go through the steps that you provided below.  Thanks again.

I have the same problem. Connections is lost again and again. Sometimes Charge 3 shows up on my phone's Bluetooth list, but it is unable to pair. It sucks.

The Android app's problem with VPN connections is also frustrating.

My next watch will not be a fitbit.
