Charge 3 Wont sync to my lg g3 vigor

Unable to sync my charge 3 to my lg g3 vigor phone.my grandson had to use his phone to even get the fitbit to work.

I "feel your pain", Ihave tried several of the suggested solutions, nothing works. I have had my grandson, who repairs electronics on helicopters for DOD, try to help NOTHING.  Their software is on my windows desktop, galaxy note 8, and a kindle,I have tried their suggestions on each platform,NOTHING. I got a blaze in2016, I think amazon is getting this one back.

Thanks for sharing your experiences and everything that you have tried to get it to work.

The first thing I'd recommend is following these steps helps with the syncing. While you might have already tried some of them, please do give them a shot in order.

In addition to that, what phone is your grandson using @Favor2kay? For both, did you get some sort of error message when you tried to set up your devices?
