Fit bit charge 3 is counting to many steps. Even when i sleep it counts steps. When i move my arm ...  hoe to solve this problem?

Let me help you figure out what is going on. I will be moving this thread to the Charge 3 board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you read through this help article. It talks about how steps are tracked by your Fitbit and why this might be happening.
