I have recent moved from iPhone to huawei mate p20 pro. I set up my device accordingly but it doesn't notify me for calls or messages like the iPhone did  Is there a reason or a setting I missed

Unfortunately the phone isn't compatible with the Fitbit app!! I have the same problem! Mine hasn't synced since the 6th December. It's so frustrating!!!
