I have a charge 3. Got it about 4 or 5 months ago. The first phone i attempted to use it with, I had troubles getting it to sync and when I called customer service, I was told it was because my phone wasn't one on their list. That phone broke about 2 months ago, so I went back to my spare phone that my old charge 2 had worked excellent with. It was hit or miss if my charge 3 would sync with it. Now I have a Samsung. And I tried to sync my charge 3 with it, only to get stuck with it saying connecting for 10 minutes after I put the 4 digit pin in and never did anything beyond that. My LG prior to the Samsung wouldn't let me update the watch itself, and it has never worked when using with a computer. It's a useless, expensive piece of metal. Don't buy the Charge 3. I'm past the stupid 45 day return all because I let a customer service worker talk me into keeping the **ahem** thing when it didn't work with the first phone. One angry, frustrated customer here. And I bought the thing because my cardiologist wants me to know what's going on with my heart since I have several heart conditions.

Same scenario here its total BS. Told me to be patient for a fix that was Dec 27th!!! Please give a us a fix or a replacement device !! 💥
