This is my third time here. I'm just getting the run around. My phone is only 2 years old (Huawei P8lite) my fitbit, 3 months old and with the last month it will not sync. All I'm been told is that it is a Bluetooth problem. Both my phone and fitbit were expensive, what am I supposed to do, walk away from that and give up. There has to be an answer to this Bluetooth issue.

Hi @kushagra999. It's great to see you here in the Forums.
Thanks for your efforts while getting your Charge 3 to sync with your phone. I understand your point of view and let me help you with this. It seems that the Huawei P8 Lite model isn't part of our compatible device list, and this may be affecting the way your Charge 3 communicates with your phone. Our team continues working hard to add more models to our official list. While we cannot ensure it's functionality, I'd suggest to give a try to the following steps which have helped others:
Give it a try and keep me posted!

I'm not sure you're going to be able to fix this. Fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

Who is responsible for the Bluetooth issue?
Why can't Fitbit make it possible?
It's not very good service to the public.

My understanding is that the problem is with the way Huawei have implemented bluetooth that prevents Fitbit working properly. Not sure if it's a hardware or software issue but the issue is with Huawei. I'm sure that if fitbit could get round the issue they would have done so by now.
Thank you SteveH
