Hubs and I upgraded to charge 3's this Christmas. Mine connected fine and now today will not sync and app can't even find the tracker after restarting Bluetooth. Andriod phone here
Hubs watch won't update, sunc or connect at all. He's followed every single recommendation we've found on the forums and still nothing. iPhone 7+ here with current iOS.

Mine won't update either. I tried everything. Must be a glitch.
Anyone find a workaround?

So.. I continually have issues with my Charger 3 syncing. I do everything they suggest. What I have found is.... I added my fitbit app to my tablet. If I cannot get my phone to sync i open it up on my tablet it syncs to my tablet and instantly sync's to my phone. I am trying to troubleshoot when I have problems what causes this issue. So far I think 1. Update from fitbit 2. My fitbit battery gets low. Hope this helps someone. Very frustrating. I should add my phone is an LG K30.
