Charge 3 not tracking exercise with GPS

Hi everyone,

I've spent a few hours searching and trying different things.

I had an Inspire HR and worked perfectly.  Changed to Versa 2 a few days ago and exercises are not auto-recognising and GPS not working.

I have checked my phone's location and GPS, all turned on.

Rebooted the watch and checked all the settings on each exercise on watch and all turned on.

Watch connected to phone checked.

App says each exercise is connected to GPS in the settings but then it says 'GPS will not be turned on' under the exercise tab for running walking and cycling.

I updated the app, didn't work.  Removed app and reinstalled, still no change.

I feel like my head is going to explode, please help!

Much the same for me. I have a Charge 4 which is paired to my Samsung Galaxy. First 3  or 4 exercise walks GPS tracked my route and it synced just fine, showing the route done on my Samsung Galaxy. A day later the sync showed an incomplete route map. Thereafter, no more map option at all on the app! I checked and location and GPS is set on both devices. I then went into the excercise settings and THERE it says exactly the same thing about "GPS will not ...", not for walking, running ...

I have a suspicion this happened after the latest update, which I eventually downloaded just before going on the walk which synced the route in completely, then no longer. I cannot find how to change THAT setting in the App, to allow GPS to track my exercises AND show it on a map again
