So my charge 3 stopped syncing a while back. Tried every solution offered, nothing worked. Saw they just updated the app so I tried to sync today. Good news is the app found my tracker. Even got it to send a pairing code. I entered the code into the app and I got the connecting message...but that's where it stopped. The fit bit screen eventually went back to the normal clock setting (vs. Glowing square of dots for sync) and the app just timed out. I had to retry add new device...and again same steps and again just got stuck connecting after adding the pairing code. Any suggestions ? I've restarted tracker, deleted and re loaded app...I'm totally frustrated. Any ideas how to fix ?

Hi @JonFL, I know this sounds odd but I found my synch very slow and timed out a few times after the last update.
This was rectified by turning my phone completely off for a couple of minutes.
With the current version I had to do this twice before the app seemed to set properly. Might be worth a try before attempting to set up again. Good luck.
