I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I have repeatedly tried all of the troubleshooting steps I can find, and now my phone cannot connect to my C3 at all. It can find it, but cannot connect.
Any other ideas?

There apparently are still plenty of issues with fitbit and the galaxy 7s and none of the links on this post and most of the other posts will work.
Not a grand first experience with FitBit as a company. If I have to send the device back, you can bet I will not be replacing it with the same brand. The fitbit will not pair with my galaxy S7. I've done all the recommended, restarting, upgrading, and everything else I can think of. Since there is only one button on the stupid device and no way that I can tell to trouble shoot it, what is left to do other than send it back? I'm open to options, but admit I am fairly impatience and frustrated at this point as apparently many others have been on the forum regarding this issue.
