Hi,
The screen went blank yesterday, the app won't connect to it, says no device found. It had bn fully charged the previous eve. Have had it on charger and not charging. I have done both resets and the long version had a smiley face at end as expected but it still will not turn on and connecting it back on charger has no effect.
Any help would be great.

If you connect it to the charger does it react?
Yes: So screen is working, it just doesn't care. RTM.
No:
* Make sure you have the correct charger. C3 has the same looking charger as C2 but it will NOT charge or reset correctly.
* Make sure you plug it in a power source it likes. I had a Charge that would not work correctly for love nor money and it magically started working after I connected it to a battery charger (one of those portable deals). Apparently it hates plugged in chargers and PCs. Once reset and connected, it worked for a week and the it got replaced because at this point Fitbit has made more money in replacing dead hardware than in upgrades. RTM.
