I had my deviced paired to my phone then it stopped syncing all the time. I have unpaired everything, deleted android app and added it back several times. Restarted charge 3 many times and shut off and on Bluetooth and phone many times.
The app will now find my device send the code I enter it then it just keeps saying connecting but never connects. My phones Bluetooth does not find the device anymore.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get your Charge 3 to pair.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow these steps:
In addition I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using.

Strangely it just started working again. It had everything back to how it previously was after I left it for over a day having given up on it. Not sure what fixed it. I have an LG Q6.

Glad to read that it seems to be syncing and working properly. Hopefully it has continued to work properly since then.
