On August 12, my Fitbit charge 3 stopped syncing to my phone. I rebooted the device and cleared user data. I also reset network settings on my phone and tried pairing it again but it didn't work out. I downloaded the new version of the app, and I cleared the device from my account, but when I tried to set it up again, it wouldn't connect to my phone. During these 3 days of trying to fix the problem, the device randomly disappears from the available Bluetooth devices, and then reappears again, but it won't pair. I tried pairing it with my laptop (Windows 10), and another phone (Huawei Nova 3i), and the same problem persisted. I've been using it since June 2019. I need to fix this ASAP, because I can't work out unless I'm able to monitor my heart rate.

I've had my Charge 3 for over a year and I have run into the same issue. It started about a montg ago. It will not pair with my Samsung Galaxy S6. Sometimes it shows as an available device, but will not pair
This is a relatively recent issue. I've removed tge device, redownliaded tge app.
