Charge 3 won't restart on my Samsung

I haven't been able to synchronise my charge 3 with the app on my Samsung Galaxy A8 since 19th April.  Having looked through the forums I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and turning bluetooth off and on. Yesterday I unpaired the watch from my bluetooth list and reset the watch. Now the watch is displaying Jan 1st and is not visible to my phone when bluetooth scans. Any help gratefully received as I am still waiting for a response to the 2 emails I have sent to Customer Service.  Thank you in advance

You say that the Ionic was removed from the phone, it wasn't removed from the app correct? 

You haven't tried to reconnect the tracker back to the phones Bluetooth, correct?

It wouldn't sync in the normal way that it has since Christmas.  I impaired the charge 3 from my bluetooth list and now the phone can't find the device on bluetooth scan.  The watch is showing January 1st. Carol Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

You removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth. Ok, what happens when you now open the Fitbit app and try a sync? 

 

A Bluetooth scan from the phone is not suppose to find the Fitbit.

HiI open the App and only get calories, track exercise, female health, weight, water and food. Steps, sleep and heart rate are no longer displayed.  Dragging the screen down shows 'refreshing ' but nothing really happens. I go to My Account and select "set up Device". Watch is in charger and attached to laptop as shown. The scan is not finding the device. Regards Carol Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2
