My charge 3 was working ok until about a week ago. It now will not sync with my phone. I have tried pairing it with another phone to no avail. I have restarted it, deleted it from my account and cannot seem to get it to pair.

My ionic stopped syncing with my Galaxy 8S on 1/15/19. I started getting my Bluetooth was not connected ; However, I shut off my Bluetooth and turned it back on with any corrections. I also restarted my fitbit, deleted the app, restarted my phone, and also deleted the ionic. When I try to add new device, I keep getting a Bluetooth is not connected. I tried connecting my old Alta device and same thing. I am so frustrated!
