I have had my charge 3 since February 1st and just this morning it stopped syncing. I have tried restarting phone, restarting charge 3, tightening of bluetooth and turning it back on, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling app. I don't want to factory reset and lose everything. Please help!!
I finally got through to customer support and after running all the same troubleshooting steps I had already tried they decided the fitbit was faulty. Fortunately mine was still under warranty so they will replace it.
