I know it's been said hundreds of times before!
But I have read the help to try and get my charge 3 to sync and nothing!
Uninstalled app
Reset fitbit charge 3
Rebooted phone
Uninstalled app again, restarted phone, installed app and restarted phone.
Turned Bluetooth off and on
Unpaired other devices
Unpaired charge 3
And now it won't connect back up!
The app finds the charge 3, fitbit vibrates and has code, put code into app, but won't connect / pair now!
It's really annoying!
Fitbit techs!!
Can anyone help and suggest how to get it to pair now, as I feel I have gone backwards!

Unpairing a Fitbit tracker from the phones Bluetooth does not require the user to setup the tracker?
Removing a tracker from the app, and account, when the app and tracker can not talk together, will simply throw on more problems.
Let's work on your sync problem.

Unfortunately, it's not the sync problem which started all this.
The issue now is that my charge 3 with not pair to my fitbit app!
As. I mentioned, the app finds the charge 3 and the code comes up to input to continue to pair, but all it does is say,
"sorry this is this is taking longer than usual, don't worry, we are on it"
And then it just doesn't connect!
I have tried and tried to connect the 2 together but still no luck.
