Hello @78fitsue welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy  10S is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.

I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Android and Fitbit app updates. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device or a computer instead.

I'll be here if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

So is that the same issue with my blackberry Priv with Android operating system?  I have been using my fitbit for years with this phone but since the upgrade it will only sync when I hard reboot it.  And each time I hard restart it the batter life seems to be getting shorter.

Thanks for your input since it is very frustrating.

Hi @Banka5, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this prior to posting. As it turns out, the same is for your BlackBerry Priv, such mobile device is not compatible with our products and services. To move forward with this, can you please try the steps that were shared on my previous post? Please let me know how it goes.

See you around.
