I've had a fitbit 3 since 2017 - nothing but problems - why - Now last week with my 8 month old Charge 4 Heart monitor doesn't show daily history until following day - sometimes not even then, days are missing - this unit is less than a year old. I've purchased 3 of the charge 3's that had similar issues -was hoping when I upgraded I wouldn't have that issue. No support either, no warranty assistance. Very frustrating.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Charge 4 by following these instructions.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.52 iOS and 3.52.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:
