Charge 5

My husband's charge 5 locks up between 480 and 500 steps. (His goal is 500 steps a day) Even though he walks it doesn't add steps. He had 497 steps, swung his arm hard and had 560. He has gone to bed with 499 steps and gets up with 247. I have gone to setting and restarted his device.  Do you have an answer?

Hi @Ssdevoto wrist based Fitbits will pick up hand movements as steps. For those who play guitar, knit or so ASL, the steps can be higher than they actually walked. See if a restart of the device - click for directions - will help it get unstuck. It's the same as restarting a phone or computer, with no data lost.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
