Charge 6 won't download ECG PDF

Fitbit charge 6 won't download ecg pdf. I tried deleting app cache. Reinstalling Fitbit app.turnimg blue tooth off and on. Hard restart of phone and watch. It shows the pdf ready to download but when I try it just gets stuck. I have a Motorola phone with Android 12. It was previously working with a charge 5 that died. I also made sure all the permissions are on.

I just updated to version 4.38 of the app (on Android 11), and PDF download works again. Permissions did not have to change (still 'only access to media' seems sufficient).

I hope it also works for other users again.

Thanks for the heads-up. It works for me too: Android 11, Samsung tablet, Sense 2. The first time I have seen one of these reports!

Works for me now too.  Thankyou fitbit, shame it took so long. Version 4.38 

Does save to downloads by default so that might get round permissions not apparently changing.

Hooray! Yes it now works. Must have been included in the bug fixes for
4.38. People power worked on this occasion!!

Now if only I could get Google Pay to work properly. I have successfully
added a card and can unlock the tracker re the Wallet tile, the card
appears with the instruction 'hold to reader' but when it came to holding
it correctly over a payment terminal I got no response. Tried 3 times,
however the card worked perfectly from my phone with the same reader on the
same occasion!

Any suggestions?

Thanks, @RiekoC.  The Charge 6 ECG feature was the only reason that I replaced my wife's perfectly good Inspire 3 several months ago, so it was very disappointing for that feature not to work for so long, but we checked it out last night and it was working great.

It was interesting to see what PACs look like on an ECG and now we can actually keep an eye on that as her medications are changed to address the PACs moving forward.

Now that I can actually see the ECG result, it is interesting to note that when my wife was having a series of PACs, the ECG report stated that her heart rate was 87 bpm, but she also got a low heart rate notification stating that her heart rate was 44 - 50 bpm, which was clearly incorrect.

That appears to confirm my previous reports that the heart rate sensors don't do a very good job of accurately measuring heart rate when PACs are occurring, which leads to getting invalid low heart rate notifications.

I suspect the ECG readout isn't totally accurate either. Aside from the qrs
complex, the rest is somewhat of a squiggly mess - no p-wave and an
indistinct s-t segment. It can only really discern an irregular rhythm and
no other ECG abnormality, hence it doesn't substitute for a (medical)
multi-lead test as such. But in fairness, it's not purporting to either.
