My Charge HR stopped updating time zone changes when I updated to Android 6 (Marshmellow?).
My Samsung Note 4 stopped updating Time zone changes when I upgraded to Android 6. All other aspects (steps, etc) update normally. I have since changed phones to Note 7 but still have the same problem. Probably time in general is not updating? I have tried a soft reset without changing anything. Any ideas?

In the Fitbit app, go to account settings, then tap the gear icon at the top right. Scroll down to location settings and ensure that Automatic Time Zone is switched on, the resync. This should solve the problem if it was previously off. Mine has been off before after an update.
If you want your time zone to be fixed, switch that option off, and manually set your time zone in the option below Automatic Time Zone.
