Hi,
Sleep stages is not showing up for me on my app despite updating it. I have also updated my phones operating system, checked that my battery on my fitbit is full, that I am wearing it tight enough/in the correct spot and it has still not shown up.
Any ideas?

Hello @Katelizaw, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are not able to see sleep stages despite your tracker has full battery and you are wearing it correctly on your wrist.
There was an issue a few days ago that perhaps will explain why you experienced this issue. Please take a look at this post: (RESOLVED) 9/3 - Received Classic Sleep rather than Sleep Stages.
If you're not yet seeing Sleep Stages with your Charge 2 device, I recommend double checking the following. (there are a few points I did not not included that were already tried by you) :
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!

Hi,
No I do not ever use the "begin sleep now" or "Add sleep" function. I always have more than 3 consecutive hours of sleep each night, and my Fitbit is definitely tracking syncing my heart rate data. I have worn my Fitbit the last few nights and Sleep Stages are still not showing up.
Any other ideas?
Thanks 🙂

Hey there @Katelizaw, my apologies for my absent as I haven't been around. I was reading you were still experiencing this issue despite you have make sure to follow all the indications.
In case the issue persists, make sure you are running the latest Fitbit app version:
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
Clear the App cache:
If you have this version, please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Take care and hope this get you back on track.
