Charge HR Won't Pair with Phone

Ever since Saturday, May 7th I've been experiencing issues with my Fitbit Charge HR. Smart tracking wasn't working, sleep would not sync, activities logged using the fitbit (by pressing the button) won't sync. So I logged out of the app, turned off Bluetooth, Uninstaller the app, restarted the tracker, and tried unpairing the device. I've done all this several times over the last 5 days. Today I ttied again (all the steps) only now my fitbit won't pair with my phone. What is going on? I recently got this fitbit after having it replaced about a month ago. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It's great to see you around @SierraF. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend Restarting your tracker a couple of times more and after the restart process, follow the Setup Procedure from a computer. After setting it up from a computer it should sync with your without an inconvenience.
