Today is my first issue. My Charge HR will sync to my android phone for my daily counts. Turned the phone on and off. Uninstall and reinstall app. Will not sync with phone. Have never had this issue until now. Fitbit has charge.

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.
