@Maddensmom1017 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did you contacted customer support as @Odyssey13 suggested? If you are within the 1 year warranty you should get a replacement, just as @Tomyt said.

I'm afraid I'll be saying goodbye to my beloved Fitbit as the band on my 2nd HR also lasted only a few months before bubbling, then peeling, then falling off completely. CS was great and replaced the 1st one but this is ridiculous for the price and how well I take care of it. I wear the small but I don't believe it's small enough and perhaps that's what caused the peeling. I'm going to try to glue this thing back together and try to get more time out of it for now. I have purchased fitbit's for my entire family but it might be time to move on to a less expensive or better quality brand. 😞

Best AnswerI have the same problem. After one year it started to get bubble and now totally come off. Really dissapointed this product has low quality.
