Charge HR is not sychronising with Fitbit app, tried multiple times to sychronize

Tried to connect charge HR to Fitbit app but not able to connect. It was working fine but now it is not connected to app..time is not sychronising nothing is working now.if any body can help me.. IAM I'm using one plus 6 phone

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
