Charge HR just won't sync with S7 Edge

I am so sick of this.  I feel like I'm spending so much of my time troubleshooting every time I want to sync my fitbit to my phone. 

 

I have tried everything, I have the latest firmware/software for fitbit, phone and app.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted both phone and fitbit, etc etc.  I've now gone for a complete refresh - uninstall app, remove bluetooth pairing, reboot everything, start from scratch - and now my bluetooth can't see my fitbit to pair with. 

 

I'm at a complete loss on this occasion but I'm also sick of going through this on such a regular basis!!

I'm having the same issues with my S8! Don't know what's going on not been able to sync it for weeks!

It's such a pain.  This is the second one I've had in 2.5 years.  They are great when they work but with so many issues and the syncing being so unreliable I think I need to look at other options :o(

 

I've contacted Fitbit support

Same here! This is the second one they have provided me with too. I wanted to contact them via fitbit support but I can't see the email option anymore?

For the past 3/4 months - my Charge HR does not sync so I have to factory reset my fitbit. It works for a few weeks then goes off sync again   Then the time just stops syncing as well. I have just right now reset to factory settings - uninstalled and reinstalled the app! Yay - it all works and syncs....but for some reason  I can no longer see the charge HR listed under my bluetooth connections...it is connected...but I want to add it as a trusted device and cannot see it on my S7 edge...not sure now if the phone is the problem (but is picks up all other devices!) or this fitbit.

I worked through all the troubleshooting steps with support and they sent me a new one in the end as mine was still in warrantee. 

 

Can you get someone else to see if they can connect with their phone?
