I am so sick of this. I feel like I'm spending so much of my time troubleshooting every time I want to sync my fitbit to my phone.
I have tried everything, I have the latest firmware/software for fitbit, phone and app. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted both phone and fitbit, etc etc. I've now gone for a complete refresh - uninstall app, remove bluetooth pairing, reboot everything, start from scratch - and now my bluetooth can't see my fitbit to pair with.
I'm at a complete loss on this occasion but I'm also sick of going through this on such a regular basis!!
Best AnswerIt's such a pain. This is the second one I've had in 2.5 years. They are great when they work but with so many issues and the syncing being so unreliable I think I need to look at other options :o(

Best AnswerFor the past 3/4 months - my Charge HR does not sync so I have to factory reset my fitbit. It works for a few weeks then goes off sync again Then the time just stops syncing as well. I have just right now reset to factory settings - uninstalled and reinstalled the app! Yay - it all works and syncs....but for some reason I can no longer see the charge HR listed under my bluetooth connections...it is connected...but I want to add it as a trusted device and cannot see it on my S7 edge...not sure now if the phone is the problem (but is picks up all other devices!) or this fitbit.
Best AnswerI worked through all the troubleshooting steps with support and they sent me a new one in the end as mine was still in warrantee.
Can you get someone else to see if they can connect with their phone?
