Charge HR not accurately recording data

Since March 21st, my heart rate data has not been recorded in app, nor has my steps per hour data. Additionally, my sleep data has been recording as solid hours of sleep with no restlessness or awake time, when I know for a fact that I have gotten up in the middle of the night for one reason or another. Lastly, my Charge HR has been having charging issues - it won't seat correctly on the charger, and I often have to wiggle the cord around for a minute or two before my Charge HR will register that it's plugged in.

Hello there @elliesings88, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are experiencing a series of issues issue with your tracker.

 

Regarding the information is not recorded the app, like heart rate or steps per hour, are you able to see this information in your tracker's screen or is missing there too? Perhaps performing a restart will do the trick, covering from the missing heart rate to the sleep time issue. For more help, please refer to this post: How do I restart my Charge HR?

 

The contacts on the tracker or charging cable are dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a charge. Clean the charging contacts using the instructions in the following article: How do I clean my tracker?

 

Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes if the issue persists.

Hi @RobertoME - to answer your question, no, my heart rate info was not showing up on my tracker screen either. Thankfully, a reset worked, and my heart rate info is back to being recorded as well as showing up on my tracker screen. Also, cleaning the contacts on my tracker and on the charging cable with a dab of rubbing alcohol solved my charging issue. Thanks for your tips!
