Charge HR not connecting on Android 5.0.1

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the device. I have tried syncing the device on 2 Android phones running 5.0.1 and the app will not find the device. The device is found in the phones nearby bluetooth devices list but the app will not find it. The same issue appeared  on both Android 5.0.1 phones.

I tested connecting the device to an iphone 4s and the iphone app found the device immediately and connected. So the issue is definitely with Android.

Hello @kueckermann, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. It will depend on which type of device you are using and if is listed as compatible device. So make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.

If the app is compatible try the following steps on this post that will help you to address the syncing issues between your tracker and the mobile device.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around if you need more help.
