I have 2 issues with my Fitbit. Main issie is I can't get in to sync consistantly with my Samsung S7 over the last week or so The phones bluetooth is working with other devices ok. I have reinstalled turned the bluetooth on and off,the app on mt phone and tried adding the fitbit as a new device without success. My fitbit will sync with my PC but this is much less convenient that using my phone. Any suggestions?
The other issue is my armband is falling apart on my Charge HR. I bought my fitbit in March of 2016 so I am a little disappointed that its aleady starting to fall apart.

After these steps your Fitbit should sync properly. About the falling apart issue, get in touch directly with our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat and before this, check our warranty policy.
