I have been trying to connect my fitbit to my phone via Bluetooth but after an error occured, I saw it syncing without Bluetooth. I hace been using this for months now without the Bluetooth without any problems. I recently noticed my steps were not syncing with the app. I restarted my fitbit, uninstalled and re-installed the app and still my fitbit did not sync my steps to the app. It said it was last synced May 12, 2018. How do I fix this???
Thanks!

Hi @MLY8 good to see you in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are not able to sync with your phone, although I'm a bit confuse how you were able to sync without bluetooth.
Now straight to the main issue, I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting steps on your own. Based on this I would like to recommend to review the version of the Fitbit app. There was a new version that might improve the syncing if you still haven't install this new version. For more details review this post.
Additionally, log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)
Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
As a matter of review, if the issue persists; this article will give you some extra help too: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this get you back on track. Catch you later.

I have the same problem with my Charge HR and followed the steps that you described. However I still get the "Sync error, please try again" message. Looks like a serious problem for your users of the Fitbit devices. Untill approx. two weeks ago everything worked fine, but now I have this unsolved problem. At the moment I can only sync with my computer with the tracker. Please come with a proper solution!!!
