Hi @pip132008 I wonder how it goes the syncing problems you mentioned? Did you try the great suggestion from @SunsetRunner?
@vidgeek888, you are correct. The HTC 10 is a device that is not listed as compatible device, so it may present this type of issues. Our teams constantly are testing device to make sure all the features of the app and tracker are supported by the mobile device. With Android take more time since the variety of brands is greater. please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.
