Charge HR set-up issue: I get the 4 digit code but won't set up

I enter in the 4 digit code on the app after it says it's detected by Charge HR, and as soon as it's entered the code goes off the screen on the Fitbit and on my phone I get presented with a 'Not working?' screen.

 

Help?

 

I'm on Android and using a Nexus 5. I've tried all of the standard trouble shooting tips. :/.

Hi @funky27 welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy The Nexus 5 is a compatible device, so I believe that the issue is with the tracker itself. So let me suggest you something, please perform a restart of your Charge HR by following the instructions on this post and then try to set it up your tracker again.
