Charge HR stopped syncing last May and it now says the samsung A5 is no longer supported.

Could this be because of an update. The ChargeHR worked perfectly for 19 months then stopped.

I've deleted & re installed the app.

Turned on & off Bluetooth

Tried to set up the device again but I can't get past the 4 digit code - it keeps searching for hours.

If it won't sync does anyone know how to change the time?

Unfortunately you can only set the time by syncing.

Even though your phone is not supported the fact that it used to work suggests to me that it's worth trying the usual troubleshooting steps. If they don't work though then I doubt fitbit will be able to help as the phone is no longer supported.

Thank you, it's still not syncing properly to my phone but it is correctly counting steps and the time is fixed so I am happy enough.
