I have a Galaxy S7 Edge that was previously connected to a fitbit. I have the old fitbit and am trying to connect a different one. It goes through the steps and asks me for the code and i enter it but it will not connect as it just keeps thinking. I have restarted the app and bluetooth numerous times. Please help.

Thanks for trying those restarts before posting in here.
It could be that your phone has bonded with your previous Fitbit and that's why it won't connect to the Charge HR. My suggestion would be to go into the S7's Bluetooth settings and look for any Fitbit devices that show up in there. Remove all of the devices that show up and then run the setup process once again.
Look forward to your reply.
