Charge HR won't sync on my Oppo

I can't seem to get my Charge HR to sync with my Oppo. I'm sure it did when I first changed phones but not for a couple of months now. I have tried to everything I have seen online and nothing so far has worked.  Please help

I have tried that but still no luck. I am now trying to set up as a new device and it won't connect to my phone at all
