Charge HR won't sync

Hi

I'm having problems syncing my charge HR, it last synced at 8am yesterday morning. I have a Sony Xperia and had no issues up until yesterday. I have u installed and reinstalled the app, turned blue tooth off and on and still nothing...

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

I have the same problem, syncing stopped working yesterday, and nothing helps to do!

I confirm, my "charge 2" too won't synch with any device from this morning. I try on android phone and windows (pc) device 😞 Restarting of all devices  does not help....

 

I solved the problem with my synch 😕 First step is restart fitbit  and next I delete device from trusted bluetooth list on PC and Android phone and I added again.

I am having the same issue. I looked at my work week hustle and everyone in my group their last sync was anywhere from 10 - 14 hours ago. Seems it is a fitbit problem and not a user problem.

But my fitbits seem to be syncing just fine at the moment. I suppose it could be a system problem affecting a number of people (but not all) but it's more likely to be a problem with your fitbit or phone.

Considering I am in 4 WWH and every single WWH (40 people) all have not been able to sync since yesterday I am going to go with system error.
