My charge hr doesn't show my heart rate on the fitbit or on the app. It's turned on on the app.
This week it stopped syncing anything and now the data steps etc showing on my fitbit are completely wrong.
I've gone through suggested steps of putting on charge pressing an getting the erase screen etc.
I've unpaired the fitbit deleted the app. Re reinstalled an paired again.
What is going on in havent had it that long the main reason I wanted it was for heart rate and I've never had that please help .

Hello @Lele89 good to see you around and I see you have tried different solutions to address this issue with your Charge HR. My first recommendation would be to review the following post for syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Probably you will find some of the same steps you have tried already but give it another try in following the requirements for Android devices.
About your heart rate, make sure there is nothing obstructing the sensor of your tracker, sometimes even sweat can interrupt the signal. If is not working and there is nothing can interrupt your heart rate signal, try to restart the sensor.
For this go to your Fitbit app and tap the Account tab > Select your tracker and scroll down to Heart Rate > Set the option Off and sync your tracker. Go back and repeat the process and turn it back On/Auto and sync again.
Hope this helps. I'll be around so keep me updated how it goes.

Hi there, just curious but, is there another screen which shows multiple items like clock and HR simultaniously to see if that works. I dont have the HR so not sure if that fitbit does it.

Hello @Lele89, thank your keep me posted. @RHollis has a good suggestion here, so I wonder how it goes so far. Is the issue still persisting? In case still persists, did you try my other suggestion about restarting the Heart Rate Sensor?
For this go to your Fitbit app and tap the Account tab > Select your tracker and scroll down to Heart Rate > Set the option Off and sync your tracker. Go back and repeat the process and turn it back On/Auto and sync again.
If this is not working, please approach to our Support Team so they can review your tracker's history in depth. I'm sure they'll be happy to help, just let them know what we have tried here and the additional steps you tried on your own.
I'll be around in case you need more help.
