Charge hr wont sync to phon

Received charge hr fitbit as a gift. Was syncing to my phone for 2 days but wont any longer. Also on firbit app says my battery is only at medium charge after charging for over 10 hours

The battery level that shows on the app is the level it was when it last synced so, as you're having sync problems, it will be out of date. That should sort itself out when you get it syncing again.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  4. Let go of the button.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
