Charge not syncing properly

Charge is not giving correct steps/data and running continuously so draining battery

Which charge do you have? If it's a charge 2, did you update the firmware on the actual fitbit and, if that is the case, is that when the problem started?

@Valkirkman,  thank you for your rapid response.  I am sorry I can't offer any help to you.  I asked because there are problems for some people with a charge 2 firmware update.  Hopefully someone here will come to your aid.
