Charge2 doesn't remind me to get my 250 steps/hr. Anymore.

When I first started wearing my Charge 2 (Jan 3) I was gently reminded with a slight vibration when I did not get my steps in for the hour.  It seems that within a week it no longer did so and still doesn't. I quite liked that prompting. I have checked the settings and see nothing changed so what's happened?
