Charge2 not syncing on app or website

It seems lots of ppl are having same issues. My charge 2 will not sync for 2 days to my lg. Tried the help section. No change

Ok so just resolved issue with Customer Care, i had to unpair from bluetooth and log out of fitbit app on phone, shutdown phone, restart fitbit, turn on phone, re-pair with bluetooth and turn on, and then log back into fitbit app, and it worked!

Same issue here.  Tried disconnecting the device from the app and reconnecting but although the apps can see the device it refuses to connect.

I also cannot sync but phone doesn't see my device.  I now have a case number, waiting for help.

This issue is resolved as reported via Twitter earlier today. I only had to restart my phone, which I did for no particular reason and the app now syncs properly with my Fitbit and all data I thought was gone over the last few days was there.
