Checking progress on a support case

I opened a support case with Fitbit on Thursday - I can see it on the Help website dashboard but it's not clickable. It now says it was updated 1 day ago but I have no emails and can't find any information anywhere apart from that unclickable message?

Hello @NikEd 

Although it shouldn't be this way, you will need to be your own advocate and followup with Support if you don't hear from them in the next few days. Make sure to keep track of your original case #.
